African Food: Pan-African Recipes

African cuisine is quite varied and unsurprisingly similar all at the same time. The Pan-African reality of our lives expresses itself in many ways. African dishes and African food generally is only one of the myriad of ways that we express our culture. From Cairo to Cape Town, African cuisine is unmistakable and world renowned. The fusion of African cooking from south, north, east, west and central Africa, as well as the diaspora, can only serve to enhance our culture and strengthen us as a people.

The videos you’ll find below are representative of the cornucopia of African dishes and African dessert recipes, including both modern and tradition African food.
